Joining Big Gay Smiles – A Commitment to Community and Equality
At Big Gay Smiles, we believe in more than just exceptional dental care; we believe in making a difference. As an LGBTQ2IA+ owned practice, we are deeply committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment not just for our patients but for our entire community. We understand the unique stressors that can come with dental visits, particularly for the LGBTQ2IA+ and allied communities, and strive every day to redefine what it means to offer compassionate, patient-focused care. By choosing us, you’re not just selecting a dentist—you’re joining a movement dedicated to promoting equality, understanding, and health.
Proud Member of the Outcare Health Community (H2)
At Big Gay Smiles, we are honored to be recognized as a part of the Outcare Health Community, the most comprehensive and trusted resource for LGBTQ+ health equity. Dr. Rob, along with our entire team, is committed to providing high-quality, affirming care that meets the unique needs of our diverse community.
Dr. Rob’s journey in dentistry is deeply personal, shaped by his own experiences with discrimination. As an undergraduate, he faced homophobia that led to his expulsion from a dental office in Utah. This pivotal moment fueled his passion for ending LGBTQ2IA+ discrimination in the dental industry and inspired the founding of Big Gay Smiles. Here, we prioritize comfort, quality, and inclusivity, redefining what it means to provide queer-focused dental care.
We take pride in our office's “10% Promise,” where we donate 10% of our yearly revenue to local and national HIV/AIDS non-profits. This commitment is a reflection of our dedication to not only serving our patients but also contributing to the broader community.
